Got XenApp 6.5 installed fresh on a brand new 2008 VM, configured everything, rebooted, came back to the Start menu, and under the 'Citrix' Program Group, the only shortcut available is 'Citrix Receiver'..
Where did everything else go?
Turn to google - search for 'missing XenApp 6.5 shortcuts' turns up nothing useful - by 'useful' I mean - Experts Exchange has information available but 'need premium membership' to see the answer that some one else posted for free.. nah.. you got to love those guys.
So here it is.. quick check on Citrix support tells me, the Administration Shortcuts are now under 'Administrative Tools', 'Citrix'..

Well, I guess I should start reading manuals every now and then :-)
Ha ha...same here! I was so baffled. I called Citrix support, they forwarded me to Licensing department, even the licensing folks had no idea where my shortcuts have gone and suggested me to reinstalled, which I already did 3 times...We techs just hate reading the manual..what a time wasted. yep, its time to start reading the manual again....
